STRAWBERRY - RHUBARB SAUCE

This can be frozen or pressure canned or water bath canned for a mid-winter treat!

Strawberry Rhubarb sauce is great over biscuits! Get your plants in for next springs harvest!!

Two stalks of rhubarb sliced small

A dozen good sized strawberries - sliced

1/2 cup - 1 cup water

Boil and reduce heat so it doesn't boil over.

When soft, mash with potatoe masher.

Add sugar and continue to cook until it thickens. Pour over fresh biscuits. Nature's treat from your garden.
